  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)

For the Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies or chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a plastic bag or food processor until they are fine crumbs.
    • Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
    • Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  • Mint Cheesecake Layer:
