Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a Shamrock Shake Pie, a creamy and minty dessert that’s a perfect twist on the classic shake! With a smooth mint-flavored filling, a crunchy graham cracker crust, and a fun green color, this pie is as festive as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ cup green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for garnish)

 

  • Chocolate shavings or mint leaves (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream
    In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  2. Add Sugar and Extracts
    Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Beat until well combined.

  3. Color it Green
    If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and gently fold until evenly colored.

  4. Fill the Crust
    Spoon the minty cream mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Chill
    Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

  6. Garnish
    Before serving, top with whipped topping and decorate with chocolate shavings or mint leaves.

  7. Slice and Serve
    Cut into wedges and enjoy this refreshing treat!

 

Notes

  • You can add more or less green food coloring based on your preferred shade of green.
  • If you don’t have peppermint extract, you can substitute it with spearmint extract or mint extract.

 

  • For an extra chocolatey twist, drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top before serving.
