  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen flavor.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and blend well with the tomato base.
  6. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes, flipping halfway, until pink and cooked through.
  7. Squeeze in lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Serve warm over pasta, rice, or with bread.
