Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
- Thread fries onto skewers and place them on the baking sheet.
- Spoon pizza sauce over each skewer, then top with mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
