Skewer Pizza Fries

Skewer Pizza Fries are a fun, cheesy twist on two favorites  crispy fries and loaded pizza. Perfectly baked and stacked on skewers, they’re a crowd-pleasing, quick snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen thick-cut fries
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
  3. Thread fries onto skewers and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon pizza sauce over each skewer, then top with mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
