These refreshing Soothing Chamomile Honey Pops are the perfect way to unwind. Made with calming chamomile, natural honey, and a hint of lemon, they’re a delightful treat for both adults and kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (100g) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (10g) dried chamomile flowers
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
  • 10 popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and chamomile flowers. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let steep for another 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the chamomile tea through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the flowers.
  4. Stir in honey and lemon juice until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.

Notes

  • For a stronger chamomile flavor, use 3 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers.
  • You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or other spices for extra flavor.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • For children under the age of 1 year, omit the honey.
