- 1 cup pear juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2–4 thin pear slices (for garnish)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for rimming)
Instructions
- In a shaker or mason jar, mix pear juice, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Stir or shake gently.
- Rim serving glasses with a mix of cinnamon and sugar. Wet the rim with lemon juice and dip into the mixture.
- Fill each glass halfway with the juice mixture and add a cinnamon stick and a pear slice.
- Top with chilled sparkling water just before serving.
- Gently stir and garnish with extra cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe pears for a sweeter flavor and prettier garnish.
- Chill all components before assembling to preserve fizz.
- Vanilla extract adds warm depth, don’t skip it!
