Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) Tofu
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the tofu with cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  4. Place the coated tofu wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  6. Toss the baked tofu wings in buffalo sauce and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with a side of dipping sauce and enjoy!
