- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce

- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the tofu with cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Place the coated tofu wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Toss the baked tofu wings in buffalo sauce and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce and enjoy!

- Press tofu thoroughly before cooking to get the crispiest texture.
