Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Mix rice with rice vinegar.
- Grease waffle maker lightly.
- Press rice into waffle maker and cook until crispy.
- Mix tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Top crispy rice waffles with tuna mixture.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
