  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  • Mix Dip: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
  • Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 2-inch squares.
  • Fill Dough: Spoon the spinach artichoke dip mixture onto each square of dough. Fold and pinch the dough to create small balls.
  • Layer: Place the dough balls in the prepared bundt pan, layering them evenly.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve: Once baked, allow the bread to cool slightly. Invert the bundt pan onto a plate and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use frozen spinach instead of fresh spinach. Make sure to thaw and squeeze out excess moisture before adding it to the dip mixture.
  • If you prefer a more intense garlic flavor, you can add more minced garlic according to taste.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese can be used for a richer flavor.
