1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan.
Mix Dip: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 2-inch squares.
Fill Dough: Spoon the spinach artichoke dip mixture onto each square of dough. Fold and pinch the dough to create small balls.
Layer: Place the dough balls in the prepared bundt pan, layering them evenly.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve: Once baked, allow the bread to cool slightly. Invert the bundt pan onto a plate and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
You can use frozen spinach instead of fresh spinach. Make sure to thaw and squeeze out excess moisture before adding it to the dip mixture.
If you prefer a more intense garlic flavor, you can add more minced garlic according to taste.
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese can be used for a richer flavor.
