- 1 cup cooked steak, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F.
- In a bowl, scramble the eggs and cook them softly in a pan.
- Mix the cooked eggs with chopped steak, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers and prepare a small bowl of water.
- Spoon the filling into the center of each wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
- Fry 2–3 rolls at a time until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on a wire rack with paper towels underneath.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Don’t overfill the wrappers to avoid bursting during frying.
