A delicious, creamy dessert made with layers of vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and strawberries, all smothered in a rich pudding mixture. Perfect for any gathering or as a sweet treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or equal amount sweetened whipped cream)

Instructions

  • Layer the Cookies and Bananas: Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch dish with 1 bag of vanilla wafers. Layer the sliced bananas on top.
  • Prepare the Pudding Mixture: In a bowl, combine the milk and French Vanilla pudding mix. Blend well using a handheld electric mixer.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth.
  • Combine the Mixtures: Fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Combine with Pudding: Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
  • Assemble the Pudding: Pour the combined mixture over the cookies and bananas. Add the chopped strawberries on top and cover with the remaining cookies.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until ready to serve!

Notes

  • You can use whipped cream instead of whipped topping for a fresher flavor.
  • For an extra touch, garnish with additional sliced bananas or strawberries on top before serving.
