- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds if using. Stir well until smooth.
- Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Divide mixture evenly into mason jars or airtight containers.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Before serving, give the oats a good stir and top with additional strawberries and crushed graham crackers.

- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
