- 25 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- ¼ cup melted chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
- Pour ganache into the crust and smooth the top. Chill for 1–2 hours until set.
- Top with strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate if using.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- Make sure strawberries are completely dry before topping.
