Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ¼ cup melted chocolate (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter until combined.
  2. Press mixture into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  4. Pour ganache into the crust and smooth the top. Chill for 1–2 hours until set.
  5. Top with strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate if using.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
