3.4oz cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix (Jello brand preferred)
1½ cups whole milk
8oz whipped topping, thawed
14.4oz graham crackers
1lb (3 cups) fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
16oz store-bought strawberry frosting (Pillsbury recommended)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cheesecake-flavored pudding mix and milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

  • Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until smooth and fully combined.

  • Assemble the Layers: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, lay a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.

  • Add the Filling: Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.

  • Continue Layering: Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top. Add another layer of sliced strawberries.

  • Final Graham Cracker Layer: Place one more layer of graham crackers on top.

  • Prepare the Frosting: Microwave the container of strawberry frosting for 10–15 seconds to make it pourable (remove the metal seal first).

  • Top the Cake: Pour the warmed frosting over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it evenly.

  • Chill: Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the graham crackers to soften.

 

  • Serve & Enjoy: Slice into 12 equal portions (3×4 slices) and garnish with extra fresh strawberries if desired.
