Soft, pink, and topped with a chocolate kiss—these Strawberry Kiss Cookies are like a hug in cookie form!  Made with just four ingredients, they’re quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious! Perfect for Valentine’s Day, bake sales, or any time you need a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs

  • Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined.

  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.

  • Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

  • Let cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

 

  • Enjoy warm, or let them cool completely for the chocolate to set.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try using white chocolate or dark chocolate kisses!

  • Want a festive look? Roll the dough balls in powdered sugar before baking.

 

  • Storage: Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
