Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray.
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, and oil to form dough.
- Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled.
- Prepare filling by mixing beef, onion, garlic, and spices.
- Divide dough, fill, and shape into rolls.
- Place on tray and brush with egg wash.
- Bake until golden brown and serve warm.
