Instructions
- Preheat oil in a frying pan to medium-high for shrimp
- Prepare spicy mayo and chop scallions, slice avocado
- Lay out taco shells on a plate or tray
- Fry shrimp until golden and crispy
- Assemble each nori shell with shrimp, avocado slices, and scallions
- Drizzle tacos with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds
- Serve immediately with optional lime wedges
