- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced into matchsticks
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken thighs with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Let the chicken rest, then slice into strips.
- Warm tortillas slightly, then layer with lettuce, cucumber, and chicken strips.
- Add extra sweet chili sauce or mayo if desired.
- Roll wraps tightly. Toast in a skillet for extra crispiness if preferred.
- Cut in half and serve fresh or wrap for later.

- Warm tortillas to avoid tearing.
