  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Slice the Bananas: Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds, about ⅛ inch thick. Try to keep the slices uniform for even cooking.
  • Prepare the Coating: In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar. Lightly coat the banana slices with melted butter or coconut oil, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Cook the Banana Chips: Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping. Cook in batches if needed. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy. Keep a close eye on them in the last few minutes to prevent burning.
