  • 1 tsp salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mushrooms:

    • Sauté mushrooms in butter over medium heat until golden brown and tender. Set aside.
  • Cook the Beef Patty:

    • In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
    • Form the beef mixture into patties slightly larger than the bread.
    • Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  • Assemble the Sandwich:

    • Spread a thin layer of mayo or garlic aioli on each slice of bread.
