Three-Cheese Tomato Bruschetta Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip that combines fresh tomatoes, three types of cheese, and a blend of herbs and spices. Served warm, it’s the perfect appetizer for parties, game day, or any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Crusty bread or crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar, and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish (a 9×9-inch dish works well).
  5. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
  7. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or sliced vegetables for dipping.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time. Assemble the dip in the baking dish and refrigerate until ready to bake. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
  • Feel free to add extra herbs like oregano or thyme for more flavor.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
