Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the toffee bits, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans.
  7. Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are just set.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
