Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
  3. Lay one tortilla on a plate, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly, and top with the second tortilla.
  4. Brush the top with garlic butter and place it in the skillet, buttered side down.
  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden, then brush the new top side with garlic butter and flip.
  6. Cook the second side until crispy and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let rest for 1 minute before slicing.
