- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
- Lay one tortilla on a plate, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly, and top with the second tortilla.
- Brush the top with garlic butter and place it in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden, then brush the new top side with garlic butter and flip.
- Cook the second side until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let rest for 1 minute before slicing.

- Use fresh garlic for maximum flavor.

- To reheat, use a skillet or air fryer for best texture.
