Ingredients
Scale
- 6 flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. In another bowl, melt the butter.
- Brush a tortilla with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix, then roll tightly. Repeat for all tortillas.
- Cut rolls into bite-sized pieces or leave whole, as preferred.
- Place rolls seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden on all sides, pressing lightly with a spatula.
- While still warm, toss rolls in a mix of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- To make the dip, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Serve rolls warm with dip on the side.
Notes
- Use soft tortillas for best rolling results.
- Don’t overfill with sugar to prevent burning.
- Try adding chopped nuts for extra crunch.
- Reheat in a pan or air fryer to bring back crispiness.
