  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. In another bowl, melt the butter.
  3. Brush a tortilla with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix, then roll tightly. Repeat for all tortillas.
  4. Cut rolls into bite-sized pieces or leave whole, as preferred.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden on all sides, pressing lightly with a spatula.
  6. While still warm, toss rolls in a mix of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  7. To make the dip, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  8. Serve rolls warm with dip on the side.
