- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and place pepperoni slices evenly.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
