  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and place pepperoni slices evenly.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch rolls.
  5. Place rolls on the baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
