- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest (optional)
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, frozen pineapple, orange juice, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Add lime zest if using.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Toast the coconut flakes in a dry pan over low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Pour the shake into a chilled glass and top with toasted coconut flakes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture without adding ice.
