  • 1 teaspoon rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until fully combined.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder, mixing well to remove any lumps.
  4. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles if using.
  5. Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug and pour the batter into it.
  6. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, until the cake is set but still slightly soft in the center.
  7. Let the mug cake rest for 1 minute before serving.
