  • 1 large spinach or tomato tortilla wrap
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Lay tortilla: Lay tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread cream cheese: Spread softened cream cheese evenly over tortilla.
  • Add vegetables: Sprinkle shredded carrots, chopped broccoli, and bell peppers over cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll tortilla: Starting from one end, tightly roll up tortilla wrap.
  • Refrigerate: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Slice pinwheels: Remove wrap and slice tortilla roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
