Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium seedless watermelon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh mint leaves (optional), chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and chopped mint. Mix until smooth and creamy. Chill until ready to serve.
- Cut the watermelon in half, then slice into 1-inch thick rounds. Cut each round into fry-shaped sticks about 4 inches long.
- Pat the watermelon sticks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Arrange the watermelon fries on a serving plate and place the dip in a small bowl alongside.
- Garnish with additional mint if desired and serve cold.
Notes
- Use a firm watermelon for best texture and clean slices.
- Drying the fries prevents the dip from becoming watery.
- The dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
