Watermelon Fries

Watermelon Fries

Juicy, crisp watermelon sticks served with a creamy honey-lime yogurt dip. A refreshing, no-cook snack perfect for summer days or party platters.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional), chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and chopped mint. Mix until smooth and creamy. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Cut the watermelon in half, then slice into 1-inch thick rounds. Cut each round into fry-shaped sticks about 4 inches long.
  3. Pat the watermelon sticks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. Arrange the watermelon fries on a serving plate and place the dip in a small bowl alongside.
  5. Garnish with additional mint if desired and serve cold.

Notes

  • Use a firm watermelon for best texture and clean slices.
  • Drying the fries prevents the dip from becoming watery.
  • The dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
