- 4 cups watermelon slices
- 1 box strawberry gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved
- Add cold water and mix well
- Let the mixture cool slightly
- Arrange watermelon slices on a plate
- Pour gelatin mixture over the watermelon
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set
- Cut into portions and serve chilled
