    • 16 oz feta cheese, at room temperature
    • 8 oz ricotta cheese (whole milk preferred), at room temperature
    • 4 oz sour cream, at room temperature
  • For the Toppings:
    • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
    • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
    • 23 tbsp honey
  • For Serving:
    • Warm pita or flatbread wedges

Instructions:

  1. Make the Whipped Feta:
    • In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and sour cream.
    • Blend for 34 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Plate and Garnish:
    • Transfer the whipped feta dip to a bowl or platter.
    • Drizzle honey across the top of the dip.
    • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and cranberries over the honey. For a beautiful presentation, arrange the toppings in a line down the center of the dip.
  3. Serve:
    • Serve with warm pita or flatbread wedges for dipping.
