Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- If using honey, stir it into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Place a clean glass jar on a flat surface.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of the jar.
- Add a layer of blueberries and strawberries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
- Repeat the layers until the jar is full.
- Top with a few extra berries if desired and serve immediately, or chill until ready to eat.
Notes
- Add granola just before serving if you prefer extra crunch.
- Use seasonal fruit for the best flavor.
- This parfait can be prepared up to two days ahead without the granola.
