Yogurt Parfait Smash

A creamy, crunchy, and refreshing layered yogurt parfait smash made with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, fresh berries, and golden granola. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
  2. Prepare clear serving glasses and spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.
  3. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  4. Top with a mixture of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  6. Gently press down with the back of a spoon to slightly smash the layers together.
  7. Finish with extra berries and a sprinkle of granola, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add granola just before serving to maintain crunch.
  • Taste the yogurt mixture before layering and adjust sweetness if needed.
