Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked, peeled, and chopped jumbo shrimp
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

 

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, red onion, diced tomato, and avocado.
  • Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil over the ingredients.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
  • Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
