Ingredients
Scale
3 tbsp butter
1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 cloves minced garlic
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Melt the Butter: In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream, whisking it into the butter until fully combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add Parmesan: Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
Season and Serve: Taste the sauce and add black pepper if needed. Serve immediately on top of pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired.
Notes
If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it with a little more cream or milk.
Feel free to add extra seasonings, like garlic powder, or even a pinch of nutmeg for added depth of flavor.
