This easy-to-make, creamy Alfredo sauce requires only 4 ingredients and comes together quickly. It’s the perfect addition to your favorite pasta dishes for a rich and flavorful meal.

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Melt the Butter: In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream, whisking it into the butter until fully combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add Parmesan: Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Season and Serve: Taste the sauce and add black pepper if needed. Serve immediately on top of pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired.
