Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Beat the eggs in one bowl.
- In a shallow bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Dip each beef piece into the beaten eggs, then press into the cracker mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange beef pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot.
