Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Prepare the Dipping Stations: In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
  • Coat the Ravioli: Take each frozen ravioli and coat it first in flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each ravioli is fully covered.
  • Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on your air fryer’s size.
  • Air Fry the Ravioli: Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • You can also use other dipping sauces like ranch or pesto.
  • For an extra crunchy exterior, spray the ravioli with a light coating of cooking spray before air frying.
