These Baked Pizza Wraps are an easy and delicious twist on classic pizza, using fajita tortillas, mozzarella sticks, and your favorite pizza toppings. They’re crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside, perfect for a quick weeknight meal or game day snack. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping!

  • Fajita tortillas
  • 12 tablespoons pizza sauce (per wrap)
  • 1 mozzarella cheese stick (per wrap)
  • Your choice of pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning (or to taste)
  • Extra pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wraps:

    • Take fajita tortillas and spread a tablespoon or two of pizza sauce on each.
    • Place a mozzarella cheese stick in the center of each tortilla.
    • Add any desired pizza toppings on top of the cheese stick.
    • Roll up the tortilla tightly, placing the seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  2. Season the Wraps:

    • Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the garlic and herb seasoning.
    • Pour the seasoned butter over the top of the pizza wraps in the baking dish.
  3. Bake:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Bake the wraps for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
  4. Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and enjoy while hot, with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • You can customize the pizza toppings to your liking, from classic pepperoni to vegetables or even sausage.
  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
