Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrot

  • ½ cup finely chopped apple (no skin or seeds)

  • 1½ cups oat flour

  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, mix grated carrot, chopped apple, applesauce, and melted coconut oil until well combined.

  • Gradually add the oat flour, mixing until a thick dough forms.

  • Roll dough into small balls and gently flatten with your hand or a fork.

  • Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cookies are firm and slightly golden on the edges.

 

  • Let cookies cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.

  • Make sure to use apple without seeds or skin, as they can be harmful to dogs.

  • You can use silicone molds for fun shapes!
