- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
- Lightly grease a small 1 quart baking dish.
- Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with Ritz crackers.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest texture.
- Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
- Do not overbake, remove the dip once the edges bubble and the top is lightly golden.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
