• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make the Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
    • Freeze for 15-20 minutes while preparing the filling.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and maraschino cherry juice until smooth.
    • In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cherry mixture.
    • Fold in the chopped maraschino cherries and mini chocolate chips.
  • Assemble & Freeze:
    • Pour the filling into the chilled crust, spreading evenly.
    • Freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
  • Make the Whipped Cream Topping:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
    • Spread the whipped cream over the frozen pie.
    • Garnish with mini chocolate chips and maraschino cherries.
