Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and shape lightly.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle caramel sauce over warm cookies.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
