Ingredients
Scale
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk (for icing)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for icing)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Roll Out the Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto the prepared baking sheet to form a large rectangle or circle. Pinch the seams together to create a smooth crust.
Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture generously over the buttered dough.
Bake the Pizza:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
Make the Icing:
While the pizza is baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle and Serve:
Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle the icing over the top in zigzag patterns or swirl designs. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can adjust the icing to your preference by adding more or less milk for desired consistency.
If you prefer a thicker icing, reduce the amount of milk.
You can substitute the crescent roll dough with pizza dough for a different base texture.
