Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Let the sauce simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and cook until fully done and coated in sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley and extra parmesan, then serve warm.
