Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  4. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
  6. Let the sauce simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  7. Return the meatballs to the skillet and cook until fully done and coated in sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and extra parmesan, then serve warm.
