  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, pour the melted butter.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the butter, ensuring it’s well coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes of baking.
  • Feel free to serve these chicken strips with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch or honey mustard.
