  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion or chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 4 slices of bread (white, wheat, or sourdough)
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Egg Salad:
    In a bowl, mash the chopped eggs with a fork.
  • Mix the Ingredients:
    Add mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix everything well.
  • Assemble the Sandwich:
