Ingredients
Scale
- 4 sleeves Ritz crackers, about 128 crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl.
- Add dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the cracker mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a medium baking dish and transfer the mixture into it.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden, fragrant, and lightly crisp around the edges.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use salted butter only if you reduce or omit the added salt.

- For extra flavor, add a little grated Parmesan before baking.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven to bring back the crispy texture.
