Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  • Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add sliced beef, toss to coat, and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  • Cook the Beef & Broccoli:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the marinated beef for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized.
Add steamed broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Assemble the Wraps:
Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add beef and broccoli, then sprinkle with cheese.
Wrap tightly, folding in the sides.

  • Grill & Serve:
Lightly grill the wraps for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
    Slice in half and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
  • If you want more heat, add extra red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
  • These wraps can be served with a side of dipping sauce like soy sauce or a spicy mayo.
