- 1 ½ cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare tart pans.
- Mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, melted butter, and sugar until a dough forms.
- Press dough into tart pans evenly.
- Whisk eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and cream until smooth.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then top with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor
- Do not overbake the filling
- Add berries just before serving
