LEMON BERRY ALMOND TARTS

Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare tart pans.
  2. Mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, melted butter, and sugar until a dough forms.
  3. Press dough into tart pans evenly.
  4. Whisk eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and cream until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into crust.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely, then top with fresh berries before serving.
