Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  3. Whip egg whites until foamy, then add sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into meringue gently.
  5. Divide batter and add food coloring, swirl lightly.
  6. Pipe onto baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before filling.
